Rules, Regulations and Agreements:
- I understand that this is an application and does not guarantee acceptance into the Fair. I also understand that once accepted, if I do not pay by
the date set, I will lose my exhibit space.
- Set up time is Friday from 1 to 7pm. Take down is Saturday, the day of the fair, from 5pm to 6pm. Exhibitors MUST keep their tables open until 5pm.
- The Fair reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company, service and/or demonstration.
- Exhibitor is liable for personal injury, or lost/stolen/damaged goods and/or their own insurance.
- Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to Alverno College property.
- Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all city/state resale, licensing, and health department requirements.
- Exhibitors provide own meals. Snacks & vending machines for beverages are available.
- Exhibitors are asked to assist with event promotion to the best of their ability through newsletters, social media
(Facebook, Twitter, etc.), web links, word of mouth, flyer distribution, etc. Fair logo and information will be provided.
- Any additional tables, chairs, equipment, stands, etc that require additional floor space must be pre-approved and additional charges may apply
- No banners or signs may be hung on the walls. A few exhibit locations can accommodate this and it must be pre-approved.
